Website Depot is an accomplished award winning web boutique. We’ve won several awards in addition to being a Google Partner. Our focus is on SEO, marketing, e-commerce, and web design. Located in Silver Lake, we’re a small but growing team of motivated and goal oriented individuals. With fifteen years of experience Website Depot is well established and expanding our reach. We are looking for a Freelance Copy Writer/Editor who is talented, motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assists with written communication needs for websites
- Write SEO-friendly articles covering a wide breadth of topics for our clients.
- Incorporate keywords and keyword phrases into digital content as part of an SEO strategy
- Research and create content to effectively market client brands and products.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other relevant degree preferred
- 2+ years of previous writing experience as a sole contributor
- Knowledge of website marketing and search engine marketing very helpful.
- Excellent writing skills and detail oriented
